if item is damaged and it is required that SAMO TEAM PLUS does refund your order however, if it is believe that item is damaged during the picked shipping method, then SAMO TEAM PLUS are not liable for the damage's.

If buyer receives product and does not fit, there is no refund instead message us on @samoteamplus on Instagram and if possible we will swap your size for larger or smaller

If you have accidentally purchased or wanting to cancel order of item or items and has not been shipped we will offer a refund ,but for any reason a buyer wants a refund when receiving item, buyer would have to ship item or items back before refund (not including damages during shipping)
